This one-day workshop will guide individuals and functioning teams through the proven steps to build capacity for dealing with organizational change.

THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP WILL:

• Teach managers how to build and create a powerful case for implementing organizational change

• Help create a cross-systems approach while building solid understanding and commitment from middle front-line managers

• Look at how varying personalities dictate the pace at which people adapt to change

• Assess your own skills and comfort with change, including how to increase your resiliency while dealing with associated anxiety and stress

Who Should Attend

• All levels of any organization preparing for, or in the midst of change

• Work teams or departments who are struggling with mergers or takeovers

• Managers assigned to the difficult task of acting as liaison between the top-brass decision makers and the rest of the organization – while attempting to smoothly function in the midst of change

Aspects of the program may be modified depending on variables including, but not limited to, venue restrictions, program length, and group size.
