Culinary Team Building Events

Culinary programs are the delicious side of team building. They are specifically designed to encourage your group to enjoy each other's company. These fun and spirited team building events will build unity while breaking down barriers to better communication. Cake and Ice Cream

Your group will find our Cake and Ice Cream challenge to be one sweet and creative team building event. It’s the perfect recipe for fostering creativity and camaraderie. Your teams develop a theme for their cake and design a team “uniform” before planning and decorating the pre-made cakes that we provide. To sweeten the deal, the teams create ice cream flavors to perfectly compliment their cakes. Unique team chants will spur on this zany contest. This hilarious competition will culminate in the presentation of medals for Best Cake, Best Ice Cream and Best Presentation!

Chili Cookoff

Our festive Chili Cook-Off is a spicy way to encourage teamwork and increase camaraderie within a group. Culinary skills will come in handy as each team develops their own chili recipe to create an unforgettable southwestern delicacy. Creativity and artistic talent will also be needed in designing a team apron and a 30 second commercial/chant used to announce their enticing culinary dish. It will take great flavor and a dazzling presentation to win over our panel of judges!

During this delicious team builder, your group will learn fascinating facts about this amazing green crop followed by a taste testing of different varieties of chocolate. Great Dining® Competition

This is fine dining at its best! Your group is tasked with creating their own Gourmet dinner for your entire group to enjoy. Our marketplace of ingredients awaits the teams as they face challenges to see which teams get to pick the course they most want to create. After all the appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert dishes are assigned, each team will know what they are making, but not necessarily how to make it. The Mardi Gras themed Gumbo Cook-Off is one of our gastronomical team building events that combine creativity with culinary skill and a whole lot of fun! Your group will feel like they are at Mardi Gras as they form into teams and battle for culinary Awards medals in this delicious, fast moving competition. Sangria Team Challenge

We will transport you south of the border and form your group into teams who will become wineries. Teams must come up with a name and design a logo after being told that they are going to be developing and marketing their own brand of Sangria from a marketplace of fruits, wine and liqueur we supply! Teamwork activities include making your own sangria, creating a name, decorating your presentation area, creating an advertising campaign and performing a commercial about your new product for the entire group.
